What's the minimum stay?
90 days. Longer stays are welcome, up to 6 months. Longer can be negotiated if needed.
Can I work from the studio?
Yes. There's a dedicated desk and high-speed wifi, set up for calls and long workdays.
Is there a deposit?
No, there is no deposit, but there is a one time cleaning fee of ¥25,000.
How does check-in work?

Can two people stay?
Two people maximum can stay. No pets are allowed.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation at a glance:
60+ days before check-in: full refund
60+ days before check-in: full refund
30–59 days before: 50% of the first month’s rent is kept
Under 30 days: the first month’s rent is non-refundable
Your cleaning fee is always refunded.
Leaving before day 90? Rent for the full minimum is still owed.
