Booking and payment
Your stay is confirmed once we receive the first month's rent and the cleaning fee. Each following month's rent is due 10 days before that month begins.
If you cancel before arrival
- 60+ days before check-inFull refund.
- 30–59 days before check-inWe refund everything except 50% of the first month's rent.
- Less than 30 days before check-inThe first month's rent is non-refundable. We refund your cleaning fee.
If you leave early
Stays have a 90-day minimum. If you leave before day 90, rent for the full minimum period is still owed.
After the minimum, extended stays can end with 30 days' written notice.
If we have to cancel
In the rare case we can't host you, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid, and we'll do our best to help you find comparable accommodation.
Emergencies
Serious illness, a family emergency, or travel and entry restrictions outside your control are reviewed case by case. We may offer a partial refund or a credit toward a future stay, with documentation.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
